Welcome to Casino Time! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Casino Time website, services, and online casino platform (collectively, the "Services"). - Deposits: All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name. You agree not to make any chargebacks, reversals, or otherwise cancel any deposits.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures and may require additional documentation for security and regulatory compliance. We aim to process withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary.
- Funds: All funds in your account are held in a segregated account separate from our operational funds, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Fraudulent or deceptive activities, including but not limited to, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Collusion with other players, use of bots, or any other form of automated play.
- Attempting to manipulate the outcomes of games or exploit any errors or vulnerabilities in the Services.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or Casino Time staff.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Violation of these provisions may result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software used on the Casino Time website, is the property of Casino Time or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Casino Time, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Any content obtained from the Services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Casino Time, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Casino Time regarding your use of the Services.
